Congrats Al Hampton!

Congratulations go out to Surrey In A Hurry’s  own Al Hampton for his Super Street win at the formerly rained-out Eagle Motorplex Lordco Northwest National Open. Hampton put away Bill Kondolay for the win. When presented with his Wally, “Little Al” was overheard saying “Wow… I didn’t realize these trophies were life size!”

Initially set for May 27/28, the event was rescheduled and run Friday, July 15th, ’06. This time however, the race took place at Mission Raceway Park — just prior to theLucas Oil NHRA Canadian National Open. (Photo supplied by Salmon.)
